Postage & Packing

All our post & packaging charges are based on weight as per the Royal Mail UK tariff including full insurance.

We offer a first class postal service with a flat rate of £2.95 worldwide.

Delivery times are as follows:

UK - First class - 1/2 days delivery

Europe - Airmail - 3/5 days delivery

Rest Of The World - Airmail - 5/7 days delivery

Outside of the EU we complete a customs form CNN 22 to ensure speedy delivery.

We normally dispatch our orders one day after payment has cleared. In all cases we try to keep stock levels as high as possible, but where there is a huge demand for a product there may be a slight delay with your order. If there is a problem with your order we will advise through email. If you are not happy with our service/product please let us know and we will move heaven and earth to rectify the situation.

If your order is urgent please email us and we will strive to meet your deadline.

We supply all our products in a Royal Mail approved aircraft quality bubble padded envelope for extra protection.

We obtain proof of posting on all purchases which can be emailed accordingly.
